Dr. Brittany Hillier and her staff are very much about customer service and very friendly and knowledgeable.

Doctor Hillier conveys a solid knowledge of optometry and gave me a very thorough examination. She is very congenial making the exam a pleasant experience. In regard to contact and glasses they have service on site. The optician is Carissa and she is well-versed on these products.

What a great office! Kim welcomed and helped me with all my first time visit paperwork. She was very pleasant and attentive to all my needs. Dr. Brittany Hillier is very personable, incredibly knowledgeable and super amazing at guiding me through my worst fear “which one is better” lens experience. She has listened to my needs and took all my feelings and concerns in consideration! Last step, Carissa got me my new glasses! She put up with my know it all attitude and a little bit of rudeness … which now, I feel terrible for it. She handled me like a pro and I did not even see it coming! She is just like everyone else, simply AMAZING! I absolutely recommend this office!

Great experience with Dr. Sarver. The office staff was very helpful and professional.

Always available when I need them! Had an eye infection, took me very quickly. Needed an adjustment to my glasses, which I had dropped. Did a perfect job first time, and added new nose pieces too. The annual exam is always so thorough, and the results so spot on. Can’t say enough about this place.

Quite honestly the best service I've ever received from an optometrist. They're personable, friendly, thorough and they don't give you the feeling of being rushed in and out. They took their time and answered all my questions and actually took an interest in helping me pick out some really nice frames. They even laid out a good selection that they thought would look good on my face and tried to match the type of frames I liked. I can tell they like what they do. Very nice people. Very involved. All smiles and pleasantries. I'd highly recommend going here before any other place if you can.

I had such an incredible experience with Sun State Eye Care. Truly from the very first phone call. I’m usually a little hesitant to call any provider’s office, because the experience can go either way, but Kim answered, and she was friendly, kind, patient, and helpful. My insurance company was not helpful at all, but Kim stayed with me every step of the way and made the process easy. When I arrived in person, I was even more impressed. Kim was just as wonderful face-to-face, and I also met Karen, who was just as lovely and helpful. I was so pleased and so grateful to have found them online; I’m genuinely glad I did. Then I met Dr. Hillier, and she was incredible. Not only was she kind, she was gentle, personable, sweet, and clearly cares deeply about her patients. I was so impressed that I scheduled an appointment for my husband right away. On top of all that, they have a great selection of glasses and everyone in the office is so welcoming. It’s rare to find a place where every single person creates such a positive experience. We also had a follow-up visit with Dr. Rego while Dr. Hillier was out, and Dr. Rego was also wonderful, kind, pleasant, and easy to talk to. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to Dr. Hillier, Dr. Rego, Kim, Karen, and the entire staff. What an amazing team! Highly recommend to anyone looking for great care and a genuinely caring environment. 💙

I had my first visit with Sun State Eye Care for a refraction exam and I was completely satisfied. Dr. Ana Rego was engaging, easy to talk with, and carefully explained the results of my exam. She instilled confidence and I'll be happy to see her again for my eye care.

Let's face it, life is about "experiences". You are either buying or selling a service or product and in some cases it's both. So why not choose a place that creates the experience along the way! Today, I had my first eye appointment at Sun State Eye Care. Now the experience didn't start today, it actually started from the initial conversation I had with Diane, who was well diverse in her role, an expert I would say in explaining the process, the paperwork, location as well as what was expected of me as a new client. I than received a voicemail from her the day prior to my appointment as a courtesy so I wouldn't forget as well as to share the same level of respect to Sun State Eye Care in the event I couldn't make my appointment. As a business owner myself, I appreciate the shared responsibility between client and doctor to ensure the best possible experience while having respect for other patients that are in need of an appointment. As I arrived to my appointment "ahead of schedule, as asked", I was immediately greeted by the friendly ,smiling, upbeat, voice of Diane. Now folks, this is critical...this is all about being "intentional!" Nothing was more important to her at that very moment, than greeting me as I walked in the door... and she did this with everyone. She clearly enjoys what she does in serving others from a place of love. I had just 3 simple forms to complete and I was on my way back to meet with Dr. Hillier as scheduled. Dr Hillier is nothing but professional, yet what I love most about my time with her is learning. She educates her clients from a place of compassion and care. She is detailed, asks a lot of specific questions and explains what she is doing and why. Not only does she take her time, she is intentional with the time she spends with her clients ..which I appreciate so much, so thank you. Once my exam was finished, I had a clear understanding of my current state of health of my eyes as well as a recommendation by Dr. Hillier that best met my needs and goals. Diane and the team was again available to assist me with the final steps as I checked out. I will be back in 8-10days to pick up my new glasses.
