Very very nice people who work here. Instantly asked me if I needed anything when I walked in. The lady made sure I knew of every selection she had. Stood by me and opened all the cases as I was trying on glasses. Two doctors were very helpful and made the experience stress free. The eye doctor did a full thorough exam. I will def be going back. Not very professional. The place is a mess and disorganized. They didn’t stick to the appointment time. They couldn’t find my account information despite being there 6 months prior. The prices aren’t posted and I was given a higher price when I got there versus what was quoted by phone. I told them so, then they lowered the price. Almost like haggling prices at a flea market or something. Bizarre. To top off the whole experience, when the glasses came in the prescription was wrong. It’s like they’re trying to be terrible at running this place. I’ll never go back again. What a waste of time and money.

I have been to Dr. Kim for many years now. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. His assistant Brian is equally as qualified. Several years ago I had an eye emergency and he was my first call before any ER or ophthalmologist. He was spot on and concerned and made a follow up call. I recommend him to everyone I know in Fullerton.
