Scam alert!! We ordered glasses for our toddler and the lenses fell out twice. The second time we went back they were rude and tried to charge us almost $200! We promptly left and went to a new place that stated the lens size was too small for the frames and sold us new lenses for a fraction of the cost. Buyer beware!!

My son had a appointment with a eye doctor prior to coming here, which they recommended Sunset Vision for his glasses. When I came in Shawn , welcomed me and took care of my son and his eye needs. He took the time and showed him all today's cool glasses kids are wearing today. I definitely recommend bringing your needs here. He even helped me out with my own personal prescription sunglasses. 5 plus stars.

My daughter and S/O have been getting glasses here for a little over 7 years. And I have Never had any issues with the service here, they listen, they work with you to ensure your find a perfect fit and they're honest! I have recommended so many friends and family members to buy thier glasses here! They have so many name brands as well as regular frames that look name brand 😉. They also have amazing warranty options as well as in house repairs! I've had to come multiple times for adjustments for my daughter and we were in and out! I could go on and on with why this is the best place to start when your in search of classy frames, professional advice, and organized shopping.

Truly the best service I have ever received from an Optician! They have a wide variety of frames (low cost and designer) and they are so helpful. Mike is always a pleasure to deal with! He ensures that I get the best deals for my daughter and I. He even went as far as coming out to my car and leaving my new frames in my trunk when I had COVID. 10 out of 10 recommend!!! :)

I’ve taken my daughter here as my mom also comes here for her, exam and glasses. It’s refreshing to walk into an office and everyone’s welcoming. Not only that, there are many options that the staff will help you with as far as pricing and what is the best choice financially. No one’s trying to oversell anything to you, just a family vibe. When the old Dr left I followed him. However I return here with my prescription as the service is great. They are friendly and helpful with picking out frames all the way to picking them up and having them fitted.

This is the first time I used Sunset Vision Center and I am so satisfied with their work and customer service.I have been trying to get over there for quite some time now to get a couple of glasses fixed and my schedule just wasn’t allowing me too.I finally had a chance to make it over there today and on Saturdays they close at 1 PM however I called them to let them know that I was on my way and this was close to one now mind you. Without hesitation they said don’t worry come on down will take care of you. By the time I got there the close sign was up and the door was locked I thought I had missed it again, but when I saw a few people inside they opened the door for me and allowed me to come in. That right there is excellent customer service, Michelle took me right away and with a smile on her face the whole time asked me what she could do to help me. She took her time with me I never felt rushed she even took me outside to show me the difference between certain types of sunglasses and I really really appreciate that kind of customer service. I will definitely be returning for all of my glasses needs to sunset vision center. Today I saw the new Optometrist, Dr. Zoe Fineberg and she was fantastic. Polite, thorough, funny, pleasant and quick. I have been wearing glasses for (yikes) 40 years and She is among the best Dr.s I've seen. Highly Recommend! Also, if you're buying eyewear, they have a great selection ... Everything from Rayban to Prada and I highly recommend that you talk to Josh Aragon. He is patient, honest, speaks Spanish and is great with kids!

If I could give this "vision" center zero stars, I would. The eye doctor was very nice but the salesman was a complete buffoon. He spoke loudly, calling us cheap for not buying the most expensive glasses. This clown dripped with condescension and was pretty patronizing for someone who could not explain to me the benefit amount of frames and lenses. I walked out and decided to buy the frames elsewhere. I called for the PD to order a set of frames online and was told by the rude receptionist that even though I paid for the exam, the PD was proprietary information and would not be given to me neither in person, over the phone or via fax.

I always get friendly a personal care when I go there. They take most vision insurances and have the BEST variety of glasses for all ages and budgets!!! When going to any optical center keep in mind that your vision insurance is responsible for the time it takes to get the glasses.

If I could give this place and their people 10 stars, I would. They are absolutely amazing. My 2 year old daughter needs glasses and her Dr recommended this place and he was not wrong. They are experts in kids glasses. They carry the best brands. But the best part is that they are so patient, so nice, so knowledgeable, so willing to help, so kind. We will be their customers for ever. 10000% recommended.

Fantastic experience. Thank you Brian and Sean for making the process clean and easy for me. As a person new to this process, I had been avoiding it all thinking it would be more complex. Brian and his team were extremely happy to serve and share insight when picking the frames. Also, they did a great job of explaining the technology related to the lenses and expectations related to care of my eyewear. After ordering my frames, they called me a few days later to my surprise to let me know everything had come in ahead of schedule. Of course this makes the experience even that much more pleasant. I recommend this place to everyone I know now! I've lived out east my whole life but I've just moved to Sunrise. It's been almost 8 years since I've had an eye exam or new glasses and I desperately needed them so I just happened to find Sunset Vision Center on Google, ten mins from my house. Dr. Michael was amazing during the eye exam and he made me feel very comfortable. I also had my 10 year old son with me and he felt very comfortable and happy as well. After my exam, Racheal helped me pick out my frames. She's AMAZING! I tried on lots of pairs- they have SO many to choose from. And a very good range when it comes to the prices. I ended up picking out Balenciaga frames.... and just a side note, nobody shoved them in my face! Lol I noticed them and didn't even know what brand they were. Anyways, I fell in love! And that was a wrap. This was about 2 weeks ago. I picked my glasses up today and they're PERFECT. The lenses are progressive digital and I've never seen so clearly! I feel beautiful and confident for the first time in years. Thank you to everyone at Sunset who helped me on this journey. I'll be back soon for my next pair. 😄💜

I don't like doing reviews, or sometimes have time to read them before purchasing, which was in my case. Not sure where to start, but I will. I walked into this center with no appointment because I was really not looking for glasses, just curious to see what they have since I'm a glasses person. to say the least by the time Brian was done with his sales pitch he definitely sold me with all the bells and whistles. close to $1,000.00 out the door. I got the GUESS brand, progressive sunglasses, Brian recommended adding Polarized which I really did not want, but again brian was very convincing. They told me I would get my glasses in two weeks, but it took over a month to get them, because they claim the lengths got a scratch. Then sadly less than a year later I saw that the polarized started stripping, mark you I have not worn the glasses that much, because I have several other glasses. I called them and they told me the warranty expires. Then a couples weeks later the GUESS logo on the left handle fell out, and sadly I did not know when it happened, and when I went back to them they said nothing they can do about it, and recommended getting another one. I asked for Brian and when he came to me and I told him what was happening he said the same and then walked away. He was sure not the same nice salesman that sold me at first, so I came to realize sales men are just that, once they get the sale, any issues you are on your own. Now, I decided I will not buy another glasses or at least not from them. So I went on Google and found out all I needed to do was to use some alcohol and hot water and rub off the polarised which works like a charm. then comes the logo, I was still determined to try and replace the log, so I took the glasses to the sawgrass GUESS store, and come to find out the glass handle had a defect and a repair was done on it, and that was the reason why the logo fell out, and which they covered up from telling me, and that was the reason why they open the glasses and told me to try it one, as to why I did not saw the white on the inside instead of the green color like the right side. because if I saw it I would never take it like that, but they realized I did not see it. and again I have not worn the glass enough to even noticed, and unfortunately GUESS said the frames are an older model which they no longer carry and could not find a log anywhere in the USA to do the repair. So I'm stuck with a $1,000.00 glasses that I'm forced to wear since it was not for free, with one logo. I would not recommend Sunset Vision Center, you can purchase at your own risk!!!

Walking in to this optic is like walking into a family member house. I am not exaggerating. They are so professional and sweet at the same time. My daughter is 4 and they made her feel so comfortable. The two young ladies (I am so bad at remembering names) who took care of my daughter were so sweet and helpful. The owner of the place is so welcoming, polite and professional. He is the one who took measurements for my daughter eye glasses and how he did it was not done at another place before,no wonder her glasses fit so perfectly well. The day I called to see if the glasses were ready, he was the one who I spoke to in the phone and he was able to help me rushing the assembling of the glasses for me to be able to pick them up that same day. They were able to have the glasses ready in three days (most places take one to two weeks) which I will be forever grateful since I had to catch a flight back home and I did not want to leave without the glasses. I feel so grateful I was recommended this optic. Thank you, thank you, thank you so so so much. They are very kid friendly with an area for children to play and my daughter loved the Elsa and Ana bag you gave her as a gift when we picked up the glasses. Places like this one deserve 10 stars instead of 5.

I can’t express how impressive this experience was for my son and myself. As a kid my sister had glasses and we dreaded the optician office. I wasn’t particularly excited to take my son to get glasses considering my past experiences but i have to say the child’s area in this office is filled with toys and eye related books which was really great for my son to adapt to the idea. I called the office prior to my visit to ask about price range and the receptionist was incredibly helpful and gave me the breakdown with pleasure and wasn’t annoyed at all which is great because some receptionists really “can’t be bothered with phone calls.” The doctor was beyond patient and explained all of my options thoroughly in a manner I could understand. He was incredibly friendly and treated my son with the utmost professionalism and care. Once the glasses were ready I went to go pick them up and both the doctor and receptionist treated us like family and made us feel excited for the glasses. They made my son very comfortable and explained how to properly place his glasses and care for them. They even provided a cute little trick or treat bag to carry his case out of the store and a little candy treat (obviously it’s the season and I’m sure this was an extra little thing that not everyone gets) but the thought was very sweet and it was a really nice touch. I will definitely be returning and hopefully using this office for my husbands glasses as well. This is a very friendly office and can’t imagine going anywhere else.

This establishment was suggested to me by my pediatric optometrist. The owner helped me get my 18 month old his first pair of glasses. He was incredibly patient and so so kind to my little man. He turned what would have been an excruciating and exhausting experience into a piece of cake!! His advice on how to get my little guy comfortable with his glasses was golden and worked like a charm! My daughter is a patient here and I couldn’t be more happier. The entire staff is friendly and caring. The customer service is always amazing! A family friendly environment for sure! The staff is very knowledgeable and patient. They supported and encouraged my daughter’s glasses selection and showed her how to take care of them.
