Dr. Santamaria is a fantastic cataract surgeon. I went through posterior polar cataract surgery in the month of April 2016. Dr. Santamaria made me very comfortable from day 1 of treatment that I started couple of years back. I had made an appointment a couple of weeks prior, when I arrived at the office they stated that I had canceled my appointment. I said I never canceled my appointment in matter of fact I took the day off. We went back and forth, they checked the number and asked me is this was my number I said no. Then I think it was the office manager came out and was rude as hell. I said does this happen often she says "not often". Had she tried to calm me down and apologize for there mistake and for me having to take the day off I would not had left so upset and annoyed. I wish I would have checked the review, lesson learned.
