Conflicting and wrong information provided by customer service. Worst robo-menu system I've ever had to navigate. Online account benefit summaries do not reveal all of the 'gotcha' things that aren't covered. Extremely rude customer service person hung up on me TWICE, claiming that she was trying to put me on hold.

Their list of providers is flat out wrong. Most providers they list as in network are in fact out of network. I don't know how they can get something this basic wrong.

Scam company! I've been paying premiums to them for almost a year. They never sent my ID cards, even after I contacted them 10 times. I was given a fake member ID number from them, and multiple lies that my ID cards were on the way.
