I like the glasses they made for me, my only problem is that is a few years later, I need a new pair of glasses , and I cannot get ahold of them. The voicemail goes around in circles…NO ONE PICKS UP. I try to send an email, and I cannot get my email to go through. Are these guys still in business? I have tried for the last couple of months off and on trying to reach them. 02/13/22, Well I finally got to talk to someone. It turns out that they don’t let anyone in the facility, so if you want to have your glasses made by them ,you have to go elsewhere. She did mention some of the places they worked with, all I saw were dollar signs. I guess I will have to wait and see when they will open up again. 05/09/22, turns out you can no longer go there, and order a pair of glasses or lenses from them. They took out that service, and do not plan on reinstating it. So if you want them to make a pair of lenses, you will have to go somewhere else, and specify that the lenses be made there. Bummer
