They are incredibly slow and a waste of time

I really like the opthalmologist I see in Fremont. However, it's constantly a month or even 2 months out to see her for an issue is extremely frustrating. I can understand the delay for exams but not when you have a problem.

I really like the opthalmologist I see in Fremont. However, the constant month or even 2 months out to see her for an issue is extremely frustrating. I can understand the delay for exams but not when you have a problem.

Takes 2,3,4 months to get an appt. I was first sent to a neurologist who hasn’t done anything after three or four visits no tests nothing. They are habitual at calling you leaving a message. They don’t tell you a department that they’re in what they’re calling about or anything else and when you try to call back, you can’t get through the auto attendant. Very frustrating. Sends me right to the moon. So I finally got through after the fourth try and the person who answered the phone had no idea who the person was why they called what department I am so done with them.
