Bertie was on loan from the Mentor store but she fit right in with the others & was very patient in adjusting my old eyewear & helping me pick out new frames per my new prescription. This was my second visit at this store, when my daughter and I went to pick out glasses they had two ladies from another store due to staffing. The one that waited on me was not very professional and she rushed the visit, which resulted in both me and my daughter's prescription being put in the system incorrectly. My daughter's glasses came back and she could not see out of them, the frame I picked was sent back by the lab because of my prescription being enter wrong as well. Pam and Maria provide excellent customer service, very professional, and makes sure the customer is satisfied with the choice of frame. If these two ladies are not available when you visit run and come back when they are working.
