From beginning to end my experience was fantastic. Everyone went above and beyond from the Dr to the receptionist to the optician, May. Very very helpful including adjusting a pair of sunglasses which I didn’t by there. I would recommend this SVS on Hall road to anyone. Great service.

I was greeted with a nice smile and from there I saw the Doctor Who was very nice and caring about my exam. Which didn’t take a long time as to going elsewhere. However it is a great place to go for your eye health exam. Then I found some glasses that was covered by my insurance. Overall it was a great visit.

Mae is always wonderfully welcoming. Seeing her feels like visiting family. Dr. Hemmer always makes eye exams fun and positive, even for adults who haven’t had them in decades. I pass by a few other SVS locations on the way to this one because I love the staff here. There is also a male employee at the desk who is absolutely wonderful. I wish I had gotten his name. One female employee was rather short with me over the phone while discussing an insurance question, which I did not appreciate, but overall I will still give 5 stars. 3 things for SVS to improve would be: 1. Don’t forget that impressions matter, and one sour apple can spoil the whole bunch. If my first interaction with your office would have been over the phone with the female employee who was not very helpful, I would not have returned. This is a WONDERFUL office, and you don’t need 1 person’s attitude tarnishing that reputation. 2. I hope the staff will receive more training on insurance policies, coverages, etc. It seems like there’s always an insurance difficulty when I come in. 3. Be sure to give your guests everything they have earned (free Swipe-It kit, notify the customer of perks, promotions, etc.). It is not the responsibility of the guest to have to remember to ask for the free kit - it should just be given. Overall, a great experience! Glasses came quickly this time.
