The staff was very friendly upon my arrival. Monique was exceptional. She was knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent sales person. Very personable. Appears to enjoy her job. Dr Gay was very thorough and explained everything to me. I ve been going to the Mack location for several years. I intend to continue.

They had some great staff and the best customer service. I was able to get helped in a nice timeframe and my glass our beautiful I can’t wait to receive them and upload them

I had gone through the wringer getting an appointment for my daughter with multiple locations. The gross point location was able to offer me a same day appointment with no problem! We got there, the customer service was great, the doctor was quick but efficient, the staff was helpful. My daughter had a great experience picking out glasses for the first time! Thank you!
