I had an excellent experience here. I found frames that matched the style I wanted (actually 2-3 frames that could have substituted). Everyone was very friendly. I also had a good experience getting my eye exam from Dr. Cabrera, who is very professional and also informative. Notes: you will need to make an appointment. The glasses came back in about 10 days (takes up to 2 weeks). However, I have noticed inflation in eyeglass prices and was fortunate to have vision insurance which helped bring down the bill.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and supportive! I would recommend the SVS location on Jackson Drive in Independence to anyone ! The doctor was very professional and informative about the Macular Degeneration, Cataracts and vision changes he found. Thank you to everyone there for making the experience less stressful than I thought!
