The whole experience at SVS was very professional but at the same time very warm and welcoming. Everyone did their job and well and let me know what they were going to do and what would be happening next. Marie, who helped me decide on a pair of glasses, was very nice and since I had already decided on the pair I wanted she just helped me seal the deal. I would recommend SVS Vision to anyone who needed an eye exam or new glasses.

First time at the establishment lasted 2 minutes and ended with me walking out. I had book an 9:30am appointment when I arrived at the establishment on time I was notified my appoint was cancelled. The reception actually laughed after giving my name and proceeded to speak very rudely to me about how I should have my appointment rescheduled to December. Me personally I cannot patronize an establishment that lacks in customer service especially when it concerns my health.

Paula was very helpful and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and helped me choose the right frames and lenses. She also helped me get my old lenses into the frames that they popped out of on her own time at no additional charge. SVS isn't the cheapest place to go for glasses but I feel they are the best because of the service that I getting from them. That is why I will keep on going back.
