Upon arrival, this place was busy. People busy assisting customers, greetings and acknowledging my presence was nice. My wait wasn't long, the service was exceptional. I'm happy with the service and expedient time given to get me in glasses. Quote well satisfied!!

Dana at the Oak Park locaton was excellent. She was very personable and helpful in assisting me with choosing my glasses. I'm usually left on my own to pick from the wide selection, which can become overwhelming and time-consuming. Thank you, Dana!!

I was impressed by the polite staff and excellent doctor. I was unhappy with the long wait for service. The staff needs much more help. The poor receptionist was answering phones non stop and helping the customers in between as best she could but she needed an extra hand. She never lost her cool! You are fortunate to have good staff. Take care of them and hire additional help!
