I love SVS! The staff is always very warm, friendly and personable. Melissa is my fav. She is always super helpful and patient when assisting me with selecting the best style of frames to suite me. They also have a great selection of stylish frames. I would recommend them everytime.

You’re better off not going through the hassle. Unprofessional and unhelpful. I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early as they insisted I do, nonstop through phone and email, just to wait outside of a locked office. A man (who ended up being a literal Dr there) watched my kids and I from his vehicle as I stood there looking for any signs of life from inside the center. He finally approached me after my appt ran over 5 minutes to tell me the staff just? Didn’t show up today? He assured me someone would call to reschedule my appointment yet, lo and behold, that never happened. Couldn’t get my records from the receptionist later on to just buy new glasses online because the prescription was expired! Wow, how did that happen?! This place is the Walmart of vision centers. Honestly, that’s too kind because Walmart actually has a functioning vision center! Wish I had two more hands to give this place 4 blurry thumbs down.

The optometrist that gave me my eye exam was wonderful! He’s very experienced and really walked me through the exam. The glasses specialist that has taken care of me multiple times helped me again today, and I would highly recommend this location.
