Very welcoming staff. Jessica helped me find the perfect frame and got everything set up. I got a text saying my glasses were ready. Very nice (very attractive) young man delivered, cleaned and gave me cleaning supplies and a case. My only complaint is they are way too close to Duck Donuts and I'm too weak to resist Duck Donuts 😁😁😁 …

Great experience! The young lady patiently helped me pick out a new pair of glasses. When I went back to pick them up, I was in and out within 10 minutes. Very pleasant and courteous service!

I made an appointment here for Wednesday. They called to confirm my appointment on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning. I confirmed my appointment 2 times. When I arrived I was told my appointment was canceled and I would have to reschedule. The lady had made a mistake, instead of owning up to it she was adamant that I would not be seen today. I did everything on my part correctly on time,& confirmed appointment. This place really needs to teach their staff the to be respectful & the ability to problem solve. Very disappointed in my experience at Svs visions in Troy off Maple rd.
