The ladies were so courteous, professional, and helpful as I tried on multiple pairs of glasses. They made this a pleasant experience. From the warm greeting to the end of checking out I was pleased with the service that I received.

The place was amazing..... especially the young lady that assisted me with my glasses and my fitting and my order, she even helped me with my Flex card reimbursement after I put my glasses on my credit card. That was a first for me. She even ordered me a new designer case for my old glasses after I put my new prescription in them. So nice!!! I so appreciate all the help that she gave me.

Everyone was real busy when I walked in and yet they acknowledged me and made sure that as soon as they could someone would help me. Most places would tell me to wait and definitely not smile or even think of coming back to ask why I am there. They did ask and I gave them my information and was helped within minutes.
