They are fantastic people and they do their job flawlessly and very accommodating and with lots patience. I have to change my glasses 3 times and they did it every time as they did for the first time. Love you for being so nice. I am definitely going to recommend this place to family and friends.

Very friendly and helpful optometrist and staff, no complaints on that. Pretty good options for frames and safety glasses, was able to find comparable looks for what I needed. The emails, texts, and multiple calls to confirm my appointment was a bit excessive but I guess that’s to be expected nowadays. All in all it was a pleasant experience for someone who really doesn’t want to need glasses yet lol

SVS Dequindre - The eye test was friendly and efficient but when it came to picking up my eye glasses I had several issues which only recently came to light. 1/ I had requested blue filter for computer work, it transpires that my lenses have green filter for reflection 2/ no one checked the fitting other than to ask me how they felt; day2 and I found they slip slightly but enough to throw off the progressive lenses and I have to continually keep pushing them up my nose. 3/ the frame was incredibly bent when I first opened the case, the optician bent them back but they’re still uneven. SVS Rochester Road - I visited the SVS on Rochester Road this evening, which is where I found out about the issue with the missing blue light filter. The service there was fantastic; understanding, patient, knowledgable and able to arrange replacement glasses.
