MI Sunshine

I brought Mr Atwood into SVS. As a stroke pt, his vision was greatly affected. He asked me to get on and tell all the ladies that helped him to acquire his new glasses, how grateful he is! He is watching the Tiger game right now and says he can see it perfectly! Everyone at the Waterford location is so welcoming, nice and helpful. Maria helped to pick out his glasses, do the measurements & worked out a way for him to end up with two pair for a great price. She's fantastic at her job and very personable. As someone physically disabled in a wheelchair being treated capable isn't always the norm. Not that people are intentionally rude, but they tend to look at me & talk to me, as his caregiver. Not one of the ladies at SVS did that. Thank you so much! Your professionalism & top notch customer service is second to none! Anyone seeking eye care? Look no further than the wonderful Dr & staff at SVS Waterford!

Everyone was super friendly helpful and explanatory. Maria helped me pick out my glasses and gave me so many options to choose from. The lady that helped me before the doctor was super friendly as well and the doctor was super nice I unfortunately don’t remember their names. They were very friendly though

Warm greeting upon entry by the front desk. One lady in particular at the front desk whom I cannot recall her name is so funny and sweet. The staff is amazing, and the doctor Kelly Tierney is awesome! I had an overall great experience.
