My family and I have faced discrimination and prejudice from the staff at this location. My husband and I came in for my four year old eye exam appointment and the two people at the reception didn’t acknowledge our presence nor did they check us in. They were friendly to the majority but rude to us, the minority. Absolutely terrible behavior. When they were confronted about their discriminatory behavior, they allowed a prejudiced Caucasian women to violate my personal space and threaten me infront of my child. And they called the police on us while we already left. There was no apology nor any accountability from the owner. We went to another facility for my son’s appointment and the difference was outstanding! They have exceeded our expectations and my son was very happy. My advice to anyone, especially people of color with families, to avoid this place at all costs and explore other facilities and other options were there is professionalism and friendliness. Because it seems that the owner of this facility only wants a certain demographic of people to be served at this place.

Dr. Patel was very kind and informative throughout the entire exam process. The front office staff were very kind and patient and got me into my appointment promptly. Overall positive experience, highly recommend!

I had a good experience today during my visit at the eye doctor. I learned about a condition that can affect my eye sight later in life. Very up front and honest which is the best way to be with your customers. I was greeted in a respectable manner when I first came into the office to set an appointment. They all are very nice and believe in the "Golden Rule": Treat others the way you want to be treated." They even have that on their reception desk. I had a great experience, thanks for your kindness.
