Had to wait longer than expected, but Dr. Sylvester was very thorough and took time to explain options to me. Would highly recommend him!!!

I had a scheduled appointment at 11:00 am and showed at 10:45. At 1:00 pm I still was sitting and waiting for the doctor. What a waste of time, and they could have cared less. Plenty of doctors out there that respect your time to put up with this kind of disrespect.

The entire staff have been wonderful! They always try to make my appointments in sync with my schedule. Additional shout out to Dr. Mayes for ensuring that I understand my needed treatments! Thank you!

Dr. Deena Sylvester performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I was very happy the process, the followup, and the results. She took the time to explain everything and give me information about my options.

Staff was exceptional. Prepared, professional and friendly. Dr Sylvester has given me the best vision I’ve had in 60 years. I’m so happy and surprised! Just wish I could have done it sooner. Would highly recommend. 10/10.

What is the point of making an appointment,. My appointment was at 10:30, still waiting. My time is money as much as theirs

Friendly staff and thorough on their eye care. I would recommend.

They are a good clinic and very mindful for complications, however, they move slower than molasses. Plan to dedicate half your day to an appointment here. AM or PM you end up sitting in the waiting room for a minimum of 30 minutes, waiting even longer in the room itself. It's extremely unfriendly to those who work or are care takers.

1st I needed my retinal reattached, then cataract surgery. & now my 2nd cataract surgery. They are great. Super sweet & courteous. No worries at all.

Do not seem to worry about what time your appointment is or if you have other things scheduled in your day. Waited 45 minutes before asking how much longer we would have to wait. I just figured the staff had gone to lunch even though they scheduled my mother at 11:45. We had to leave not even half way through her appointment to make it to her other dr appointment at 1 pm. Very dissatisfied with this clinic. 100% don't recommend unless you have a half a day with nothing better to do.

I'm averse to any kind of surgery, just the thought of it makes me nervous, but felt comfortable with Dr. Sylvester performing my eye surgery. He clearly knows what he's doing and takes the time to answer all questions. I would recommend him to anyone considering having an eye procedure.

My husband did lasik with Dr Sylvester back on December 20th of 2020. He went from blindness to 20/15 within minutes. We can’t be more thankful for the end result and wonderful experience. I’m not sure what it will be the problem with waiting, (we wait on most of Dr offices appointments anyways!) I don’t remember to be waiting that much. People complain about silly things instead of reviewing the results and excellent service provided. My husband still 20/15 and we can’t be more pleased.

Have had 2 successful cataract surgeries. What a difference! Highly recommend!

Surgery went well. No issues with or since the procedure. But the after care and scheduling has been inept. So much so that I have decided to ditch them and continue care with my optometrist. Feels as though once they get your money, they don't really care if they see you again.

Don’t go here unless you don’t value your time, my appt was at 9:00 never called back to a room till 9:45, had eyes dilated and sat and waited patiently, finally walked out at 10:30, they called me on my phone at 10:50 looking for me. Not once did they say they were running behind.

Great place. I had LASIK with Dr. Sylvester in 2019, wanted to get a check up to make sure everything was still good. I didn't have any of the scheduling problems that the other commenters seem to have. They were able to fit me in the next day. Dr. Sylvester is still the great guy that I remember 3 years ago and I'll continue to see him for other eye exams. The ladies up front were great and Jamie the technician was great too.

Dr Sylvester is my hero, I can see 20 20 after having both cataract removed. His staff is so organized. So if you need cateracts removed go to them.

Avoid that doctor at all cost! He was extremely rude and unhelpful. He failed to properly explain my condition or treatment options, he was in so rush leaving me feeling scared and confused saying he didn't know what my treatment required or if I was going to be able to see again, when he knew all that fear was unnecessary, because my current optometrist is treating me and never considered my condition as Dr. Silvester did. When my husband started asking questions, the doctor suddenly became more polite and attentive, demonstrating clear favoritism. His behavior showed a clear bias against women and a lack of respect for me as the patient. Overall, he was a terrible doctor who couldn't even give a proper explanation for referring me to another specialist. I would never recommend him to anyone I care about. And the office is not able to manage apoitments correctly, they schedule fake appointment to have an excuses to charge your insurance for not showing, when you didn't know about it in the first place. In general this is a money business not about patien care at all!!
