Poor customer service, rude staff and over priced eye wear. The doctor's husband is the first to get nasty and argue with customers. He says and promises one thing and then does another. They over price EVERYTHING and for some reason my glasses always break in under a year. I have changed to another office and haven't had a problem with my glasses since. Coincidence, maybe but I think they just do a poor job so people keep coming back and spend more money. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone

I have been coming to Dr Medina for years and I wont go any where else, she is a very good Doctor and gives excellent service in prescribing me exactly what I need and what works right for me. I love her expertise. I also love the staff and love every Frame I have purchased. They have good quality and good prices. They are responsible and reliable. They always have various merchandise to choice from and alot of really good name brands and fashionable styles for a fair price. You will definitely enjoy your visit and enjoy what they have to offer.

Don't waste your, you will regret it!!! Reading the comments, I saw that it was common to not be able to get ahold of them. And this was indeed true. After finally getting someone on the phone, the call was disconnected after being placed on "hold" so I opted for another place. Unfortunately all other places are booked out for at least a month. So I gave this place another try and successfully secured an appointment for me and my child.
Dr. Medina was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately that is the only positive comment I have about this places.
The customer services is rather poor and leaves much to be desired. After picking out a pair of glasses, it took quite a while to be checked out as the young lady seemed to not know how to do much of anything. After confirming the pair that was chosen, she took several calls, cleaned, made calls, and replaced glasses back on the shelves without asking to wait or apologizing for the hold up afterwards.
To make matters even worse, the hours clearly state 10am-6pm....not true. I picked up my child off the bus and headed straight there (arriving at 4:05) to simply pick up the glasses. The lady clearly saw me drive up, as she paused before completely closing the blinds. After knocking on the door, I called and learned that they recently changed their hours to close at 4pm. It would be nice to have that information posted for the customers to be aware of the change, or told that in the voicemail when I was notified my glasses were ready, or given a friendly notification when I checked out!!!!!!!! So of course I drove home with a disappointed child....not cool.
All this to show that they have poor customer service from start to finish. So, don't waste your time! You will regret it!!!!
