Very pleased with Syracuse Eye Center. Staff friendly, helpful, and thorough. Exam by Dr. Petrela was very thorough especially given my and my family history. Their parking is easy convenient especially for those with disabilities.

I’ve been a patient here for a while now and I’ve finally had enough. Firstly, I don’t feel that they care about their patients or their patients time. I scheduled an appointment months ago, and now because the doctor has had a “change in their schedule” they’ve called me less than a week before my appointment to reschedule me another month out. Now that I’ve decided to go somewhere else, they wouldn’t release my medical records. I had to go through multiple phone calls, emails, and even having the place I was planning to be seen give them a call, before they finally faxed them to my new doctor. There is also a woman at the front desk who is beyond rude and took it upon herself to yell at me once, on the phone because I asked for my medical records. This is the tip of the ice berg, I could go into detail about the doctors “findings” and “diagnoses” but I’ll stop here. In my own opinion, I wouldn’t recommend.
