Staff members are welcoming and greeted me at the door. The inside is well kept and has a spacious clean area to try on new glasses. The doctor is also very knowledgeable about her field in work. Will definitely recommend!

Dr. Truong was great. She was more than willing to answer all my questions and even gave me some real advice and personable info about contact lenses that I didn't know about. She really helped me make a more informed decision based on her understanding and feedback from others about real daily usage and comfort. I could tell she genuinely cares about optometry and her patients. I was looking for a place that had some hours on the weekend for an appointment so I don't have to take time off work, and thankfully the helpful Admin staff were willing to squeeze me in.

I first had her do my eye test and she gave me great glasses. Then she stop working in manteca. I now drive 50 minutes each way to have this wonderful doctor test my eyes. After all when you know of a great doctor driving 50 miles each way is not a bad price to pay for great vision. I drive trash trucks for a living I need the best eye sight that I can have and now I have it. Thank you doctor.

The great customer service is what really sold me. I new i was in great hand the doctor was amazing answering all my questions. And the staff in the front had great energy and customer service with everyone who walked in. I appreciate there business, its a good vibes only.i left with a smile and better vision.

T&C OPTOMETRY provide wonderful services. My entire family received service from Dr Truong. The doctor, staff and manager are very nice and helpful. The only staff that need to improve the Hispanic lady at customer service when we picked up our glasses. She acted like the boss and give me and my family instruction in the very unfriendly manner to say the least. We were being treated like we received a favor from her to have our glass. She need to tone down the way she speak to customer and improve her manner. I would give this place 5 star otherwise if it was not for her bossy attitude.

Great service! From the front office staff to the optometrist and optician, everyone was very friendly, helpful and competent. The store was beautiful and clean. I'm very happy I found them.

Glasses are okay, my only problem is that they break easily, and were very thick. Contacts here are bad because it had been over 90 days since I had my last checkup with them and they never even gave me a new prescription checkup for contacts, only basics like the fitting, training, and measurements, but like you cant just guess a patients prescription using the old one from 5 months ago. Finally, they decided to finalize the contacts prescription when I told them I still couldn’t see out of my left eye after getting a ton of different contacts with different PWR ; same astigmatism, but they didn’t want to even check if my astigmatism was incorrect. I could see clearly out of my left eye when the contact moved in a specific position meaning the prescription power was correct, and the astigmatism was not correcting my vision correctly. Honestly just dissapointing because they can’t even do a simple checkup right!

Dr. Troung explained each step of the eye exam clearly, making me feel comfortable and informed. The staff was friendly and helpful, assisting me in choosing the perfect frames. The office is modern and well-equipped, and scheduling an appointment was easy. I highly recommend Dr. Troung and her staff at T&C Optometry for their excellent service and care.
