The front receptionist and the doctor's assistant are both very capable, professional, and quality people. The doctor, Shane Hager, is the best - full stop. Never had any eye concerns but my near vision started to be a challenge. A friend recommended that I check out the clinic inside Costco. Glad that I did. Appointment was easy to make online. Check-in was prompt. The doctor was thorough and explained everything to me. Happy patient.

Giving 5 stars to this eye clinic after visiting today for my annual check up. I was instantly pleased to find such a clean, friendly and professional environment right inside of the Tacoma Costco. Billing was a breeze, they even accept my insurance here! The doctor was phenomenal and took the time to listen to my concerns and alter treatment based on my daily needs. I plan to return to Tacoma Family Eyecare not only for my vision exams, but for my regular retina checks as they provide the imaging needed to maintain my health checks all in one place with the same doctor.
