Horrible experience. Paid upfront for a contact consultation. Never heard from them. Informed me they would reach out for fitting never happened. Told me it was too far in the past when I went on my next eye exam and expected me to pay again. Several complaints on cost/billing; now I see why! Lastly the progressive glasses they created were NOT good went to another provider and they confirmed they were not built/measured properly. Another waste of money.

Dr. Russell is awesome! Whether I’m seeing him for a routine visit or he is helping me with a contact lens crisis, he has been kind and thorough. The other staff is warm and welcoming, as well. Two thumbs up from me!
