The other positive reviews are spot on. Dr. Tapadia is the nicest, most caring, ideal doctor I've ever experienced. She actually deserves a 6 out of 5 stars because she goes above and beyond the call than what most doctors would provide. I wish all doctors/specialists could be like her. I'm really blown away. You can feel that genuine, friendly positive vibe - and that she is passionate about her job. She makes you feel comfortable, doesn't ever feel rushed, listens, and explains in a way one can understand. She never just settles for the bare minimum, that most doctors typically seem to do; she goes way above and beyond for finding alternative options, treatments, and support. What's also shocking to me is if you have any emergency or concerns, the office number is also linked to her private phone, so she's willing to discuss after hours/weekend - even when she doesn't have to! What doctor will do that?! I've never heard of any doctor provide that kind of incredible extra service. It shows she really cares about people and not just see them as a revolving number. If it's another referral or sending out medication, or whatnot, she is immediately on it. I feel she really cares about the patient and will do anything necessarily possible - even just to be on the safe side. The front desk/assistant is also friendly. I'm always seen promptly too. The office and equipment is clean too; it feels like a new facility. I don't know how she is able to provide this high quality care to all her patients. She is a super doctor. It's not a surprise everyone is highly recommending her here. I was very lucky I was automatically referred here by my primary doctor. You can feel you're in good "eyes" (hands) with her.

Dr Tapadias’ care for the infection in my eyes was beyond my expectations; she took time to listen and respond patiently to my questions. Her instructions where clear and easy to follow. She is very knowledgable and up to date with all aspects of medical eye care. Dr Tapadia was kind, patient and has a respectful demeanor. I feel that she went an extra mile to explain post office home care and provided great advice for optimum results ; I was pleasantly surprised when she set up tele health appointments to follow up on my progress. This was comforting to me as it indicated to me that I was not just a revolving door patient, she has a sincere interest in her patients well-being. I will see her from now on for all my eye care needs.

On my experience with Dr. Tapadia, she is the best ophthalmologist. She really care about her patients. I was taking my mom to another Dr. It was very stressful situation. My mom wasn’t getting any better. I requested a second opinion and got to see Dr.Tapadia. She is kind, honest, loving, and the most important thing is that my mom is doing so much better.!! Hi highly recommend Dr. Tapadia. Her assistant Jane, is awesome too.
