Would not recommend for anyone. I booked my annual preventative exam like I do every year- mind you nothing is wrong with my eyes except I wear contacts. One of the receptionist, by mistake, booked me for some special niche medical exam that is clearly not covered by any insurance. The appointment was just as any other appointment I’ve ever had (since I have no issues with my eyes), so of course I was not aware of their mistake until I got the bill. They refuse to fix their mistake and are refusing to work with my insurance. It has been a nightmare for my insurance and I. It is extremely unprofessional that they acknowledge their mistake, but refuse to do anything about it. Avoid at all cost!

Usually Erin is the first face I get to see, she’s always friendly and eager to help her patients. Today I got the pleasure of meeting and working with Jimmy. He was able to take care of everything I needed done. I had a hard time explaining what my issue was. Jimmy did not get frustrated with me, but went out of his way to understand what I needed. He was able to look into everything and get everything done without me having to come back into the eye center. I was in a car accident and I also have Crohn’s disease so this made life much easier today with having 4 Dr appointments. Thank you Jimmy I hood you all have a great day.

The doctor and exam were very good and thorough. The optical department was pleasant and I ordered my new glasses easily. However it’s been 25 days and I still don’t have my glasses which I fully paid for. They claim their lab mixed my prescription up with someone else’s 😂. I’d get my prescription here and glasses somewhere else next time
