I have never worn glasses before so I was a little nervous going into my eye exam. I had noticed a decline in my vision and knew I most likely would need glasses. The eye exam was nice and easy. The doctor did a good job of explaining everything and the staff made me feel comfortable. They went out of their way to make the whole experience a positive one. I would definitely recommend Target Optical to a friend.

I think the ladies who work here are just so unkind and terrible customer service. Greg was great on the phone, wish he was the one who was able to help me. Was rushed and dismissed when asking questions on my knew frames, which are not right as they don't fit properly. Now have to go back and going to a different location. No reason to act rude when you have customers.

I won’t be returning. I was 5 minutes late to my appointment and they told me since I was late it would take hours before they could see me. There was only one person there besides me and they arrived after I did. I did apologize upon my arrival for my late presence as I got caught up in traffic. I could understand if it was 10+. I am so frustrated because this is the only time I could fit in this schedule as I am a full time working mom! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere! I already had my paperwork filled out and was ready for my appointment too!!! I’ll make sure to tell everybody about the terrible service that I got at this location!!
