Everyone here was friendly and helpful. Both of the ladies working the desk were patient and informative with helping me pick glasses I wanted, frames and lenses. I did not feel at all pressured to spend more money on any lenses features I did not want.

My recent exam and purchase of new glasses was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had in years. The exam was very thorough and Dr. Naji was great at answering my questions. The opticians were friendly and offered great suggestions as to glasses. When I came back to get my glasses, the optician was wonderful in explaining how to adjust from going from lined trifocals to progressive lenses. I will continue to go to Dr. Naji, and use Target Optical in Apex from now on. I can’t recommend them enough.

Place is terrible. The lady behind the counter. Older lady with light brown hair was so rude. On two occasions she refused to check me out. I just wanted to buy some sunglasses. I got there a hour before closing time and both Times she refused to sell me sunglasses. I don’t have a prescription. She says not enough time to check me out. A hour to check out non-prescription sunglasses!
