She listened to my concerns, asked relevant questions, and provided clear, concise solutions.What stood out the most was her friendly and empathetic approach. It felt like she genuinely cared about my problem and were dedicated to helping me. She maintained excellent communication throughout the process, keeping me updated on the progress of my request.Additionally, her knowledge about the company's products and services was impressive. Alla is the best to work with! She has helped me choose a few different pairs of glasses now and they are awesome. A great selection, easy to work with staff, and a good eye doctor all in one place. Absolutely love the convenience of it being inside Target too! Go see Alla! You’ll love her.

This crew is so helpful! Especially Alla, the store manager! My son and I were in town for a sport competition and he forgot his contacts. Alla was so helpful and gave us wonderful customer service with compassion. After only a few minutes, I was on my way back to the competition with some replacement contacts. They saved the day! This great customer service was on top of the fact that this Target Optical was extremely clean and well organized. If I lived in that area, I would see them for all of my family’s eyecare needs.
