Brought my 12 year old to Target Optical in Mount Pleasant and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and very helpful. Very glad we chose to go there.

Target optical was a bad experience for me, I tried online and the site kept erroring out, tried in person and the workers acted as though I was putting them out of their way and then couldn't fulfill my order in the end, lastly tried over the phone and worker said they use the same website as what I was originally using and they may hit the same issues. Turns out the lense offered in the site with the frames I chose was not an actual option. If you are going to build a website to sell a product that site needs to be accurate and functional. I instead went to LensCrafters and had a great experience. I won't be using target optical for myself or my family now or in the future, lesson has been learned.

Costumer experience here was the best i ever had thanks to Blake and Maressa. Im so happy to get my glasses from this place. :)
