Target Optical staff at Cedar Crest is very friendly! I had a great experience from when I arrived to when I left. I waited about 15 minutes for my appointment with the Dr, but it was worth it. The Dr was very personable and friendly. He is also very thorough with his evaluation and makes sure you understand your vision health! 11/10 would recommend and will be back in the future

I had a very bad customer service experience today. I purchased expensive glasses on 4/23. The screw for the temple leg fell out. I went in to see if they could help me. Was told I don't have the protection plan so they can't help me. I would need to purchase a new pair. It's only a screw and she told me they didn't carry them for that manufacturer. I asked if she could help me in getting them to the manufacturer since they are less than a year old. She said I would have to do that myself. I said okay, do you have the information for the manufacturer for repairs? She said just go online. I want to thank the woman that was at the front desk. She was absolutely no help whatsoever. So much for providing good customer service. They just lost me a s a customer as well as my wife and son.

I come here all the time for glasses and now contact lenses which I have never tried before. Everyone is so kind there, all of the staff make sure you’re comfortable and have the best result possible in your selections. Dr. Brewer is so kind and remembers details that you’ve talked about in previous appointments and makes sure you’re set in your prescription and if you have any questions or concerns. Zach is so nice and goes out of his way to get you in for an appointment even if there’s some kinks to figure out with insurance or other things. I was interested in getting checked for contacts after I came in for my glasses and he had no problem making it manageable for me. Robyn was so helpful in choosing my frames for my recent pair and even sat with me helping me take out my contacts because Dr. Brewer had another patient come in (I wear acrylic nails so it wasn’t easy) but they both sat with me trying to help me figure out how to take them out and put them in. I was also given extra contacts while I wait for my order to come in. And Stacey is my girl!! She’s so nice when checking me out and connects with you, she has engaging conversations while you wait. They’re the best and I don’t think I would switch to another optical center, definitely 10/10 recommend!
