I was very pleased with the assistance I received from Asst. Mngr., Nathan, in selecting a new pair of glasses today. Nathan had excellent product knowledge and was very helpful in explaining the differences in frame materials and lense properties. More importantly he "listened" to my likes and dislikes regarding the numerous frames I tried on. He then processed and retained this information to narrow my search down to 3, then 2, and finally 1 pair of frames I found flattering, comfortable, durable yet flexible, and within my very tight budget. I was most appreciative of his cooperative sales approach rather than a high pressure or completely "hands-off" style. I valued his input and thanked him for his patience in what turned out to be a lengthy but enjoyable shopping experience. Nathan ensured I received the best price available for my newly ordered glasses as well as a year's worth of contact lenses. I can highly recommend Target Optical to anyone who appreciates excellent customer service and quality product at an affordable price!

Excellent customer service by Alex from the Denton store!!! I was given very reasonable frames/lenses package options and they even honored a military discount! During the last year I have succesfully referred at least 8 of my "old timers" baseball teammates to go and buy the Oakley Flak 2.0 Most of them ended up buying more than one pair of glasses due to Target optical great deal on buying a second pair and protection and warranty programs.

I had a really great experience at Target Optical. I actually went two days in a row because I was so indecisive. I must have tried on almost every pair of glasses in the store at least once. Dariela was the associate there both times, and she was fantastic. She was very patient and helpful. She didn’t rush me at all, and she offered great feedback about which frames looked best on me. And she made the purchasing process easy as well. She explained everything in detail, so I really felt like I was making an informed decision. This is my first time ever wearing glasses, so I had a lot of questions. Dariela was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone needing glasses.
