Dr. Phan was amazing with my son who was extremely upset about having to wear glasses. She helped work it out with him and was so supportive. Brett gave us exceptional customer service and helped my son and I feel more comfortable as we were a bit lost on how to navigate through the new lifestyle of wearing glasses. Brett also helped us get to the bottom of our insurance coverage, which was such a huge relief! I'm very grateful for the customer service I received at Dr. Phan's office and Target Optical.
