This is my go to spot to get glasses. The convenience of shopping at Target and stopping by to get glasses is so simple. Brett was excellent. I came in to get a pair of frames with an update prescription. I was in and out with in 20 minutes. Detailed price explanation and answered all my questions!

Dr. Phan was amazing with my son who was extremely upset about having to wear glasses. She helped work it out with him and was so supportive. Brett gave us exceptional customer service and helped my son and I feel more comfortable as we were a bit lost on how to navigate through the new lifestyle of wearing glasses. Brett also helped us get to the bottom of our insurance coverage, which was such a huge relief! I'm very grateful for the customer service I received at Dr. Phan's office and Target Optical. You just don't receive customer care like that anymore. Thanks so much to you all!

Brett has very good customer service skills that are hard to find these days. He made my experience today fast and easy. He helped me order my contacts and made sure that I got the ones I wanted. He even had them shipped to my house. Thanks Brett I will definitely come back next year.
