Winston j was incredibly helpful and friendly. Helped me replace the rubber pads on my main pair of glasses AND my spares and even replaced and tightened some of the screws that had come loose, I’ve been meaning to get this done forever and finally got it done and he was really quick about it. Needed a new pair of glasses, I did not have eye insurance in my health coverage, so I had to pay out of pocket which I didn’t mind. The staff and eye doctor were very professional, friendly, and helpful during all of my visits for my new pair of glasses. They kept me up to date with simple txt messages, and answered questions I had about my glasses on the phone. Overall a pleasant experience.
