I had such a great experience at Target Optical. From the moment I walked in, the sales associates were super friendly! I worked with Melissa, and she was such an expert at what she was doing. I only needed adjustments on a few pairs of glasses/sunglasses, but she was able to tighten them up, fix any loose screws and get them situated on my face evenly (which is sometimes very hard to do)! She was so pleasant and did not rush me at all. I will definitely be back! Thanks for a great experience!

This was the most fun I've ever had picking out glasses! The staff gave great feedback, explained the pricing so well, and really tried to find me the best deal! Everyone was so friendly, fun, and professional. Great service, great people, great glasses, and got a great price!! Thank you Jennifer, Milton, Tabitha, and Kelly!!

I had a horrible experience here. I had an appointment at 12 pm for an eye exam and I walked in at 12:05 due to charlotte traffic. I drove from 40 minutes away and left early, but due to unprecedented road work, the traffic was worse than usual, so I was 5 minutes late to my exam. I had confirmed my appointment a couple days prior when someone called me from the office. I confirmed it and told them I would be definitely be coming in. However, they turned me away by saying that I never confirmed the appointment and that I was late. They said that the doctor needed to leave soon. I am just extremely frustrated and confused because why would they let me book an appointment if the doctor needed to leave that urgently. It was five minutes. I am sure the doctor doesn't see people back to back to back for there not to be 5 minutes to spare, moreover, the doctor was still seeing the patient prior to me, so it wasn't like the doctor was waiting around for which then I would understand. I was offered to reschedule for the next week, however, I am an out of town customer and booked this appointment 3 weeks prior, knowing that I would be in town that day. I was offered nothing else. I do appreciate the ladies up front apologizing for the situation as they were extremely sweet and nice about it, but this whole situation seemed unprofessional to me as the urgent need for the doctor to leave was not communicated to me. I was late for literally 5 minutes, and I'm not making that up. I then drove 40 minutes back, and am now struggling to find another appointment before my lenses run out.
