They took great care of my husband! He lost a nose piece and it was cutting into his nose. They fixed him is good to go wit a cheerful attitude the entire time.

When my glasses were not fitting well and the progressives were hard to get use to they went out of their way to help me see better and feel comfortable in my glasses.
