Hello! I’ve got to say I was in need of an eye exam and luckily I was able to find one with Target Optical in Alameda with Dr. Jennifer Juang She was AMAZING! She was very kind professional and helpful with my prescription. I’ve been a contact wearer for over 25 years and she went above and beyond to help me find contacts that I could buy without waiting for delivery. Ordered eyeglasses online (not from Target) and they came missing a screw. Didn't want to purchase a 600 screw set off amazon and decided to try Target Optical after seeing good reviews. Dylan and Itzzel(?) were there and helped me out quickly. When I asked whether they accepted insurance for the repair fee, they let me know it was free of charge! Very pleasantly surprised

Friendly staff, they replaced/fixed my glasses' nose pads. Itsel was very nice and informed, replaced my nose pads in no time at all. Walked in and they were very helpful, would definitely return
