Friendly staff, they replaced/fixed my glasses' nose pads. Itsel was very nice and informed, replaced my nose pads in no time at all. Walked in and they were very helpful, would definitely return

Hello! I’ve got to say I was in need of an eye exam and luckily I was able to find one with Target Optical in Alameda with Dr. Jennifer Juang
She was AMAZING! She was very kind professional and helpful with my prescription. I’ve been a contact wearer for over 25 years and she went above and beyond to help me find contacts that I could buy without waiting for delivery. Ordered eyeglasses online (not from Target) and they came missing a screw. Didn't want to purchase a 600 screw set off amazon and decided to try Target Optical after seeing good reviews.
Dylan and Itzzel(?) were there and helped me out quickly. When I asked whether they accepted insurance for the repair fee, they let me know it was free of charge! Very pleasantly surprised
