Paula was great. She gave my daughter Serenity great feedback on the glasses she was trying to choose from. She is very friendly and easy to talk with! I really enjoyed coming in today. Was our first time in this center we just switched insurance so we had to come here instead of Walmart n I must say I was completely impressed with the level of service we got here at Target will be coming back to get my glasses next week .

For those with anxiety, I would recommend visiting Ms. Paula and her store to shop for glasses. She will ensure you have an stress-free experience and be happy when you walk out the door. Although I took forever in deciding my frames and asked tons of questions, she never once rushed me and always answered my questions with extreme friendliness. And when we encountered an issue with my insurance, Ms. Paula took the time herself to resolve the problem with calmness and patience, even though the process was long and tedious. She is honest and tries to get the best deal for your glasses. She is also knowledgeable and explains the breakdown of the costs and benefits with utmost thoroughness. Overall, she provides top-tier customer service, and I had a great shopping experience

Great customer service! Fast and efficient. Optical rep was super friendly and helpful... very patient Lots of good glasses options to choose from. Also, Dr. Tran is great with kids for taking eye exam.
