John at frisco Optical is wonderful! He recommended I wear my glasses at night, which I was never told to do, and it was the best advice I had ever gotten.! I drove from Frisco to Oklahoma with my glasses, and it was such a big difference! He is very knowledgeable , kind and patient! Worth the drive!

Always efficient in this store, John is consistently helpful. That being said, I do have an issue with every employee greeting me wearing a Covid? mask (it's 2023). And with moderate/severe hearing loss, I have an even harder time communicating. Very disrespectful.

Jacob was so helpful, patient, and informative throughout my visit. He helped me find the perfect frame shape and color for my face, and even worked out the costs for multiple options for me. Overall, wonderful customer service and kindness in general.
