The optical manager, Rebecca, was friendly and helpful but more importantly, she was very knowledgeable. She was easily able to help me understand my insurance coverage and the various options available for my lenses.

Great customer service today. Walked in needing a new set of len's for my glasses (damaged at work) and Rebecca was very informative and was great help! Smiled the entire time and was very patient! Great customer service is hard to find these days, but I found it today!
