Natalie was so helpful! She had several customers while alone & still managed to answer everyone’s questions and handle everything all at once. Dr. Huynh even came out to help me consider glasses. It was so refreshing to see the hands-on experience in a busy store! Great service every step of the way. 10/10

I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Tuyen Huynh at the Target Optical Center in Simi Valley on Tierra Rejada Rd. I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent service I received. I would specially like to thank Natalie because she was helpful and very professional. Natalie's knowledge helped me save a ton of money. I would recommend this location to everyone, especially senior citizens. Thank you. Chuck C.

Kyle and Natalie were AMAZING! They provided quality customer service, answered my many questions, and went the extra mile when there was an issue with my insurance. I’m very indecisive and helped me pick out glasses that made me feel really good. I have been wearing and buying glasses for 15+ years and this is the best experience I’ve ever had. I also had a wonderful experience with Dr. Huynh, who was very meticulous and easy to talk to. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. They are a fantastic team!
