Girl who just took my call was super condescending when I asked her about insurance. She just repeated herself as if I hadn’t asked her a question at all. Wouldn’t book my appointment without knowing if I have insurance. Which is so silly since she would’ve booked me if I said I had no insurance, but couldn’t book me when I told her I’d have to double check and could bring my insurance info when I arrive? Wild. Go to Saint Charles, they’re super nice there.
