I went to get an eye exam @ this location (Target) today… Dr Powell & staff, Devin & Hayden gave me by far the best experience/customer service anyone could ask for. As a Cop, I’m big on customer service! These 3 ladies exceeded my expectation! Job well done ladies!

Most retail is predictable. Buy stuff, use it. Real service shows up when things don't go perfectly. My prescription for new glasses wasn't quite right and Devon jumped in immediately to take care of it ASAP with a great, helpful attitude and apologetic demeanor. Top notch experience because of her.

Devon was incredible!!!! She stayed late to help me with my selection, knew the inventory, answered every question I had… and was gracious and funny to boot.
