I had a quick routine check up at this location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The optometrist was very professional and did a very thorough job.

Wonderful experience. The Dr was great and very knowledgeable. She had a great bedside manner. Gilbert who helped me pick out glasses was awesome. So kind and helpful. Overall great experience.

Great place to find yourself new glasses, and get your eyes checked. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, while the doctor is thorough and efficient. Would recommend every time!

Sarmarah was great fixing my glasses for me. Of they need fixes I'm going to her she was so polite and very gentle with my glasse. she is such a sweet girl and will be coming back.

Every time we come in we have the easiest and best experience. The staff is amazing and always makes my daughter feel comfortable and helps us out in every way possible. I rave about Target Optical to family and friends when they ask about where we get our glasses from.

The doctor was excellent she did a wonderful job making sure my children had exactly the right prescription. she was very patient. The staff and the optical center spent a lot of time helping my girls pick exactly the perfect frames. They made it fun, and my daughters had a really great time. Best experience ever shopping for glasses!

I was pleasantly surprised-the optician that helped me find my frames couldn’t have been more helpful! She found a coupon I could use for my glasses & it was very helpful-my glasses were costly but the coupon that she found took a bit of a chunk out of the cost! I’ll definitely get my next glasses at the North Canton location!

Dr. Marisa Laskovski did an amazing job of my exam. She was very thorough and asked all of the right questions to assure a proper and comfortable prescription. Purchasing glasses directly from this office can be a bit troublesome, but that service can be found elsewhere quite easily.

Everything went better than I expected. Jenn explained every step to me and performed each step flawlessly. She even laughed at my senseless jokes while juggling two other customers. Her and the Doc were both great. I'd definitely return again, if not for great service, just to enjoy a coffee and the shoe that these two put on. My optician, Jenn, North Canton Target, was friendly and knowledgeable about insurance, lenses, and rebates. I ordered contacts and glasses on Wed. Jan. 7, 2026. Contacts delivered at home Mon. Jan. 12, 2026. Glasses came to store Wed. Jan. 14, 2026 and Jenn got me in same day to fit them. Very happy with fast, efficient service. Kudos to Jenn for her help.

Jennifer Jordan was as helpful as you could ever imagine from a customer service standpoint. I had a simple but agonizing adjustment as my glasses were ill fitted and needed reworked. Jennifer went about her task very confidently and Super courteous throughout Request for help.

I have used Target Optical now for a couple of years now. They are very friendly and helpful. I have done most of my work, with getting new frames from Jen, she is very friendly with great customer service. Jen is honest when it comes to me trying on new frames and also shows me new frames that she has gotten in that she thinks I may like. I went to her most recently because I had an old pair of glasses I wanted my prescription put into and she was able to get it done for me, when other places in the past had refused to. Jennifer and the staff are great and the prices are reasonable as well as I don't have vision insurance.

I love the North Canton location near Belden. Every time I go, I get great customer service. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and several times went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location!

The person that's doing, the lenses is very, very, very disrespectful and rude. I asked her a question. And she got extremely smart with me. I really don't appreciate that. I was just asking that question if she is having a bad day. Then she needs to go home for the day. If I was able to give you 0 stars I would this was terrible.

Our optician, Misty, was so helpful and nice. She helped my daughter find a special lens that was needed for her prescription. We had to go in a second time because of an insurance issue, we made sure we went back when she was there... she also called me back about the insurance issue. Misty printed up all the paperwork for the insurance so all I have to do is mail it in, which was awesome! She was so patient with us and fun! Thank you for all your help Misty! You definitely have a returning customer.

Amazing experience. I’ve never felt so welcomed at an optometry office!! Gilbert was so kind and never pushy or inpatient when I wasn’t sure which glasses to pick. He has such a calm and kind demeanor with a genuine smile on his face. The optometrist (Marisa? Sorry I can’t recall!!) was very informative and amazingly kind, quick, but not pushy or rushing me. She explained to me certain things about contact lenses I had never know and saved me from potentially worsening my vision! Loved this experience!!

Loved my experience when it came to my actual eye exam. However, I received a phone call saying my glasses were ready for pickup. I live 30 minutes away, so I checked the hours of operation online before coming. I have shown up twice to pick them up during normal operating hours and they have been closed. I have no problem with the people there, just very frustrating.

Highly recommend this location for an eye exam. Marisa was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The rest of the staff were also polite and helpful. Thank you!

Don't even think about going here because the service is awful, and the people are rude. Ordered glasses over 3 weeks ago even though they told me they would arrive in 2 weeks. I kept calling to see if they came in and nobody every picks …

I have definitely found my go-to place for eyeglasses. The doctor was very professional. She took an inordinate amount of time to give me a thorough examination. She explained the condition of my eyes in detail and made recommendations geared towards what is best for my eyes. She made no effort to talk me into glasses that I didn’t need. She has a fan for life. The technician also was very professional. He made a recommendation for frames while keeping my budget in mind. Both the doctor and technician are the best I have ever encountered.
