The gentleman Matthew, made my partner and I feel listened to. He really spent quality time to understand our needs/wants and wasn’t too pushy! Hi, I had the most wonderful experience I have ever had dealing with anyone for anything! Monica Moore was a true wonderful person to deal with, and a true professional that did not shrug the work off on someone else! I can’t say enough good about her she should be district manager, and they should get rid of a few of the other people! Some of which I will not say their name was blowing me off when I asked for an adjustment! I was told that was the best he could do. My glasses were sliding down my nose and the lenses were not produced properly! But Monica took the bull by the horns re-ordered the lenses, and when they came in, fit them to a Tee! Don😀
