Great service! I popped in to see if I could get the nose pads on my glasses replaced and they were super quick and helpful. They also tightened the arms and thoroughly cleaned them. Very helpful!

Customer Serves @ Optical Department name Camela was extremely rude with me on 11/18/2023 9:20 am. I received a text message, lenses are ready to pick up on Thursday. I went to pick up on Saturday morning. She was alone in the store, we waited for her to finish up with a client before us. She was done in 5 minutes and started to help us. But she couldn’t find glasses anywhere. I told her I received text on last Thursday. She told us “I am trying to find it, just wait.” In very rude vocal. We were already waiting 10 minutes passes she still looking. I went to get some products from target and my son 14 years was still waiting in the optical store. She told him she will have to give me a call. Since I was still in the store, I went back and asked her what happened. She told me that since I was getting this product free I should just wait and they will call me. When I asked her is another 2 weeks will take? that time she lost and being extremely rude with us. Remember she never said sorry about the text I received. I would not go to pick up this product on Saturday morning before heading for tournament, time is valuable. They gave us a glasses where antiglare scraped off. It should not happen but it did. We take very good care of this product and it should not do that. Six family members wearing glasses in the house so we know how to take care. That because they are giving me something free with protection plan, doesn’t allow her to be rude with that client. These people needs customer service training. Problem is still not solved.

The staff here are so kind and professional. I got a great deal on my contacts and they gave me trials for my prescription even though it's a difficult prescription. They have expedited contact delivery too and you can pick up at the store. I really appreciated the staff helping me get trials and order contacts so quickly. Great experience
