Front desk people were nice, but Dr. made me wait 20 mins past my appointment time. It was the shortest eye exam that I have ever had. The doctor barely acknowledged me or asked me any questions. Pretty sure the prescription he gave is wrong. I made a mistake in giving Target a chance, back to Warby Parker I go.

If I could put negative stars I would. Showed up for a 9:00 appointment on Saturday for my daughter’s contact follow up. Was informed that the appointment would take 5 minutes by the receptionist earlier in the week. The doctor did not show up to the office until 10:45. There was no acknowledgement by the doctor for making us wait. The receptionist and people working in retail eye center were great.

Had an appointment for 12:15 showed up at 12:18 it’s now 12:49 and I haven’t been assisted. I had to literally walked door to where the doctor is to be checked in. Then I proceeded to wait until 1:00 to do a simple contact fitting. This is so stupid what’s the point of an appointment? They need to do better I never have problems with this place but it’s usually when Katelyn works. She’s not here today smh oh and when we were finally seen for a simple contact fitting they said. To comeback next week bc they didn’t have any contacts for us to try!!!!! Waiting 45 mins for nothing!!!!!!!!
