I had a great experience with Target Optical. I got there early to look at glasses and have them check my insurance. They really personalize your experience. The doctor was very friendly and personable as were the clerks. I came back to have my niece help me pick out a frame that suits my face. I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes, glasses ordered. On a scale of 1-10 I would give them a 10.

Dr. Judy is amazing! So knowledgeable, nice and accessible. No pressure, no gimmicks. The entire staff is amazing. Great selection of frames but not overwhelming. Everything looked well curated and good quality.

I called last week to schedule an appointment for a recheck because since going a few weeks ago I’ve gotten more migraines than usual. I was told that the first available was today at 5:30 so I booked it or so I thought. I get to the supposed to be appointment with a migraine already brewing to be told I didn’t have an appointment. Along with a host of other ridiculous questions. Claiming whoever the patient was that had the appointment time called and cancelled. That patient isn’t me and I could care less. Nonetheless I’m irritated with the whole encounter and have to wait even longer to figure out if my prescription is wrong and possibly wasted money on contacts and reading glasses.
