I loved the customer service, she was friendly and helped me get what I wanted at the best price! Worth going across the bay for!

My Daughter went there to look at some frames and the Salesperson said that they were about to close, I looked at the time and it was almost 4 pm, the sign said that they closed at 5 pm, I mentioned it and again the Salesperson said that they were about to close. There wasn't a great selection of frames and I just wasn't impressed. This was about a year and a half ago, so I hope that things have improved.

Target Optical is the best place for glasses at an unbeatable price! The lady working, Solange went above and beyond to help me! We spent nearly 2 hours together getting everything worked out because I’ve never had to use my vision insurance. She tried her hardest, but my insurance company did something with my last name that was completely different from normal. Finally, after 2 phone calls to my insurance company, I was able to walk out completely satisfied and sporting my new sunglasses! Thank you, Solange for all the hard work you went through and your dedication to making sure I was satisfied when I left!
